We are serving up some of the finest honey spirits on the market. Distilled from our mead, these honey spirits have a delightfully smooth taste and lingering honey notes. One sweet, one not, these two offerings are sure to satiate every pallet. 

Made similarly to wine- mead uses honey, instead of grape juice, as the sugar source. This creates a smooth finish to each of our meads. Flavors range from our Dry Mead, made from Mesquite Blossom honey, to our Traditional Sweet Mead with two fruit varieties in between!
