Packsaddle Nectars will be selling 2 distilled Honey Spirits in the very near future. Our Honeyshine is now bottled and will be sold at 207 Main Street in Marble Falls. The Somel is not far behind! Both of our delicious spirits will also be featured at our cocktail bar coming in the next few months.

Packsaddle Nectars Somel
Somel, from the Latin Solum Mel meaning "only honey." Honey is the only fermentable in our Somel. Made from distilling our mead, and that's it. This is dry as a West Texas tumbleweed and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed into your favorite cocktails.
Packsaddle Nectars Honeyshine
Made by distilling our mead, and then sweetened with more pure, unfiltered, unpasteurized honey. It's smooth and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or combined with your favorite mixer.
